As a dynamic, interactive and relational psychologist I am committed to helping individuals, couples and families manage a wide range of personal concerns and psychological issues. My treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to clients with compassion and understanding as they journey towards healing and self-discovery.

Psychotherapy can help with everyday issues, and recurring psychological patterns of fear, doubt and insecurity. Indeed, there is much crossover between the two! With an integration of complimentary approaches, I draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques to address each client in the most effective way.

Each person who enters my office comes with their own individual history, goals, and struggles. My purpose is to understand the threads that make up that context, and help with the growth that clients seek. I would consider it an honor to help you along the way.
